call all your local feed stores, from a large company such as tractor supply to your mom and pop store on the corner. it took me a week and a half of calling around to be able to find it.

Any feed store that carries Purina feeds should be able to order it for you.

Not all Tractor Supply stores carry it or can get it. I went into my local Tractor Supply and the Purina rep was there and she explained to me that A LOT of Tractor Supply stores only carry 15 Purina products and rat chow ain't one of them. I have to go to PA to get mine. In fact, because its such a friggin' hassle I'm switching to Ziegler's because thats milled right in PA. I might as well buy from the source if I have to drive to get it.

That's a REALLY good price. I think we were paying $25 or so for a 50 lb bag of Mazuri.

well i looked up purina dealers, mazuri dealers(i believe is a product of purina?), and the dealer that i found was off of labdiet.com. he doesnt carry the labdiet rodent feed cause he explained to me that not many people ask for lab food for their rodents, but he would be able to order it for me.

he went on to explain that he had other feed for 16.95 and i was like that gotta be some generic crappy stuff... but i asked if he knew the name of the product and he said mazuri i was like "OH YEAH!!!!!!!!"

we get zeigler for $18/bag Tom...

factory quoted me $23/bag off their dock :taz::taz::taz:

Zeigler is maybe a half hour from my door

I like mazuri much much better. But Zeigler is currently roughly $2-3/bag cheaper than mazuri for me.

Make sure when your dad picks it up that he double checks that it is Mazuri 6F (or 9F, whichever you want) and that it is 50 lb bags. That price really is in the too-good-to-be-true range.

They make a delivery once a week to Orlando so you can meet them, just call them and let them know what you need and they will bring in to their meeting spot.
