Tinley Park 13th &14th

Just wondering who all is gonna make out to Tinley next weekend. Would love to be able to meet some of the Ball-pythons.net peeps.
Ill be pretty easy to spot on saturday as I'll probably be one of a few wearing an RTB.com T-Shirt, sunday I'll hopefully be wearing a nice blue

I'm pretty sure I will be attending the saturday show. I've never been so I'll be going to look around and see where there is the be seen.
Oh, I will be scoping out frog breeders(looking to aquire some more RETF's this spring.

I will be there with my gf and a couple buddies

I will be at Brian Potter's table (The Chicago Reptile House).

I can't wait, hopefully we don't have a Chicago blizzard that weekend.

Drinks and a meet up sounds great! I have no idea when I'm going to be there though.
Probably in the middle, so meeting up at 2 would definitely be on my schedule.
It all depends on if my girlfriend goes with and what plans we have with the rest of the weekend.

I went in October and there was much talk of a bp.net get together but it never really panned out. I would really like to meet some of you guys this time!

me and my other half will be there shes wanting a leatherback bearded dragon and im picking up my male het axanthic

you cant miss me ill be wearing a stick to you guns hoodie with the words RAGE in the front( or my better half will be wearing it) and most likely wearing a all black new your yankees hat and walking. or if im ballsy just look for the pennywise tattoo lol.

I would love to go, but the gas and everything else is not in my budget this year. Any one from Michigan going and needs company? :please: I have been to this show in the past and it is a great show.

Pete will be there, we're driving out together. He's not setting up as a vendor, but he is coming to help out with The National Pet Association table and to participate in and support the summit.

So I dont know if anyone posted a thread on this or not but I was wondering who all is going to be at the show. Also I want to know your guys thoughts on if you think there are going to be some decent deals seeing how the breeding/hatching season is right around the corner. Im super excited to go when i heard they going to have another cause i found two snakes last year a pastel and spider for both under 100 bucks and they are phenomenal. (this year i have my eye on a few exotics) Let me know whos going and what your guys think about all this thanks.

So who's table we gonna meet at,USARK or Adams?2 O clock.

Ill be there on SAT for most of the day. Lookin to make a few purchases for sure. What time is the auction?

I think I might rush over there friday night for the talks as well. I have class til 6pm though so I will have to rush there!

Adam's table so he doesn't potentially get left out, unless the USARK table is easier to find? also, I'm wells game for dinner and drinks between the show and auction if time permits. I'm probably not going to go to the auction though.

Last NARBC hardly anyone met up. Lets get it done this time.

If I'm able to go, it will have to be a one day trip on the 13th involving 6 hours driving there and 6 hours returning.

Of course! I think the auction is mostly equiptment rather than animals. It would be a bit irresponsible to auction off animals that people weren't ready to take care of. I didn't go to it last year so don't take my word on it!

Heck yeah! Its a very nice show. All the venders sell during the hours shown on the web page http://narbc.com/htm2006/tps_index.htm

There are hotels, restaraunts, bars, all around the convention center. A huge mall just down the rd. Many people just stay the weekend since there is so much to see and its hard to see everything in one day. But everything is for sale :) Well, almost everything :P

I'm looking very forward to this show. and meeting you guys!

I'm not sure yet what day or times I'm going to be there, but I'll keep a look out for you guys (not that i know what any of you look like, hahaha). I'm pretty sure I won't be able to do a dinner or anything, and I'm a liiiitle too young for drinks, but it would definitely be cool to say hi to you all at some point :D

I think we should just stick with 2pm in the lobby. That way people do not need to wander around looking for certain breeders tables. I believe the USARK table should be in the lobby right when you walk in.

As far as the auction and show I've been to this show since the begining and Brian and Bob amd everyone that helps has done a wonderful job.
At the auction you'll get about a 50-50 mix of animals dry goods and other
very odd items. It is definatly a good time.:)

I was planning on going for both days but it looks like I'll only be able to make it for Sunday. It's going to be my first NARBC and it'll be neat to go to a bigger expo. For those who've been before, is it worth going only for the second day? The drive's not bad so I'm fairly set on going and dragging a few friends along. I'm hoping to find a nice pastel or super pastel ball python before the day is through and possibly a crestie. Though, if something with a bit of flare catches my eye, I'm not sure I'll be able to resist. :snake:

NO they auction off animals. I have bought several at the auction.

Myself and a few buddies are meeting at the Cracker Barrel across the street before the show. Let's see what tempts me there being I have a job interview tomorrow. If they give me a start date, I may go crazy!

I love the chicago reptile house!!! :) I wish I could tell ya'll exactly what i'll be wearing so you can spot me! Best you can do is look for a girl with a big tattoo on her shoulder/arm! lol
