Finally Ovulation

She ovulated last night and on Jan 12th was glowing.

Hoping for a good ratio of phantoms out of her.

She looks pretty huge! I had one last year re-absorb her follicles, but my luck sucks.

Yea they very rare reabsorb after ovulation if at all.


I have one female i thought was done and reabsorbed but today noticed a lump so i will keep a eye on her, since she no longer locks.

And yes she is huge, 2600g before going off feed.

Will do, im hoping to trade a male of female phantom for Pied Pair, thats if i can find someone needing phantom lol.

I have a phantom with that similar pattern hooking up with a mocha male...Not sure if its been made...thinking its going to be white with some yellow striping on it but not sure...what did you put your phantom too?

Congrats on the ovulation! BTW, I don't think it is possible for a female to reabsorb after ovulation.

Me either which is why it would be very reare or some extreme to cause it. I know they will reabsorb during developing more often than anything.

THis female gave me 5 eggs in 2007 when she was 1600g

I just caught on to this, but the female posted is a normal not a phantom. So not sure where you compared her to your phantom.

My other female whos locked all season with the Spider and few times with the phantom just ovulated this morning.

Crossing my fingers this female has some Phantoms in her as well, but bred mainly to the spider.

Possibly but that female hasnt locked as i didnt breed her yet. Shes at 3100grams now.

Yea, I could be wrong, my pictures werent the greatest. Either way, congrats again. Let me know when my (former) girl goes? I'm glad shes getting big, she was only 1550+ when I sold her to you.

Heres a update of the 1400+ gram girl. Hed her since day she piped from the egg, and now is producing me some babies. Very excited about her.

Just a update that both females shed the 15th and 16th so now the count down begins. just 1 more week till i turn on bator.

Ive had a few ovulations this season, just waiting and hoping for some eggs!

Looks like my girl is only a few days behind yours! Mine should have her post-ovulation shed in the next couple days!
