Help for a Great Cause!!!! And personal update

As many of you know, I've been absent from the boards for awhile as I've started a new venture with my Father after loosing my Grandmother in September. www.alwaysbestcareclevelandsouth.com

We are doing well, hired 10 caregivers and have a contract in place with the Veterans Administration already, providing care to those that have fought for our freedom. For updates on the company and causes we are fighting for please join our facebook fan page

We are preparing early for the 2010 Memory Walk to fight Alzheimer's. The walk is October 3rd in Cleveland and we would love for everyone to join our team, walk with us if you can, help us raise funds or simply donate yourself. On a personal note... We sure are going to miss you at the shows but I am so thrilled that this new journey you are embarking on is going so well. It really can't happen to a nicer person. My whole family wishes you, your father and your family the best!

Ingrid, thank you so much for your contribution and I'm sorry to hear of your grandmother-in-law. I truly believe that Alzheimer's is the cruelest of diseases. Cancer destroys the body and spirit, but Alzheimer's destroys the mind and memories, what makes us what you were / are.

Thank you for as well for your kind words, I'll be back in Columbus come this summer, just taking the winter off to build here and then I'll be back.....

You have my support. My grandmother died having Alzheimers. I believe a cure will be found. Its terreible to forget your entire life before you die. I have family members who are also care givers for the elderly.

Just donated. It's not much, but is all that I can afford right now. Being a PhD student I'm generally broke all the time.

My Grandfather passed away eleven years ago and had Alzheimer's. It was a very painful thing to watch him deteriorate. Hopefully someday there will be a cure, or at least treatment to delay the symptoms.
