Pomona Reptile Super Show Pics...DUW!!!!

For those of you who could not make it to the Super Show in Pomona this weekend, here is your special ticket. I had a lots of fun and saw lots of really cool animals! I'm a ball python guy so you won't see many pics of other animals...Sorry.

I had a BLAST there today. I remember seeing these tables--I think I almost got something from the people with the white substrate.

I have been DYING to see pics....thank you so so much!! I have to live vicariously through you as I did not get to go. I heard it was an awesome show though. A friend of mine picked up quite a few things this week. Im totally jealous!!

yaaay i went today too, there was one table that had AWESOME spider balls and i complimented them =D i dont remember what it was called T.T.... did anyone recognize me??? long hair, dark skin, i was walking with a very short girl =D

I was there with my wife--she's more memorable than me--tall skinny girl with short blonde hair with a ton of tattoos. I'm the guy with the shaved head and beard that you'd wonder just a LITTLE why she's with me...

Anyway, I picked up a spider ball at this show--The table with the spiders you liked--was it a table with a mom and a son? Those were the best spiders I saw there--good size and great markings. You can see the one I picked up in this thread:

I did not get anything today. I actually just put some money down the other day on a Black Paste het Hypo and 2 '08 het Hypo females.:banana: Come on Hypo Black Pastels.

I went yesterday. Had a great time. I also picked up a nice female spider. I went hoping to pick up a female pinstripe but there was only two there. I'll pick one up sooner or later. Great picks

god i want a desert ghost so bad! if only i won 3500 dollars! i would be happy!

For some reason the 50 Cent song "candy shop" pops in my head. :P

The desert ghost, though I never noticed them before, looks rather clean and stunning. And super butter girl looks smokin hawt. Thank you for taking the excellent pictures and very cool you caught the pricing of them too. Thanks!!

The pics do not do these animals justice. The Desert Ghost was absolutely stunning! My wife did a great job a catching the prices as mentioned(we hate seeing pics of animals at shows and not being able to see the prices;)). Oh yeah, I was definately a window shopper today.:D

It can be totally fun to window shop!!! And if you are sucessful at window shopping and don't let impulse purchases hit, then that is super awesome. :D I often look at my RTBs and wonder wtf was I thinking? :rofl:

My wife and I had to restrain ourselves beyond belief. There were a few things we wanted.

Thanks for sharing the pics, Mike! I didn't let myself go because I didn't trust myself just to window shop.

I've been meaning to ask.

Do most vendors at the shows mind if you take pictures of their snakes? I have one here locally every few months, and I've wanted to take my camera, but I've been afraid I'd get chewed out or chased off for taking pictures of snakes that weren't mine.

Now that just sounded beautiful. Both hubby and wifey love reptiles. I find it takes me a bit of time to tell guys (people in general - and some never learn about it) about my "snake habit" for fear they run for the hills. :oops:

So if each of you could've bought one animal each, what would be the choices?

Trust me, Kayla and I almost pushed off a bill or two to buy animals. That is just not a smart move though:D On the bright side, I'm pretty sure that they have added a show or two this year!!:banana:

Well our Pied project is a decent size, so, we really wanted to buy an '08 Mojave male poss. het Pied. The price on it was out of this world. I used to worry what people thought about me having snake, but, at this point if they don't like it they can run for the hills:D

We were snapping pics right in front of them. So, I'm assuming they don't care. It's free marketing for them!
