Please help me get hold of Peter kahl or Adam Wysocki

Hey Everyone

Can anyone assist me in getting hold of Adam Wysocki or Peter Kahl.

I have been struggling to get hold of them and Petes email seems to be bouncing. I last heard from pete on 23 Nov 2009 but I have not been getting any responses from Adam since 13 October 2009.

This is with regard to an order of Ball Pythons which I paid for in February 2008 but have not yet received.

mmm, I talked to Pete last week. Try calling him.

a while back i too had issues contacting adam wysocki. I eventually got a hold of him. Just call, leave a message, wait, repeat. That's pretty much what I had to do.

Almost 2 years since you paid (in full?) for your animals which you have yet to receive?

Those are two separate breeders. Which one did you order the animals from?

Does it take 2 years to ship a snake internationally?

Both are highly reputable breeders. Something doesn't seem right here.

You read my mind exactly :P

Prior to the revamping of the CITES process it could be a major PITA. The permits were only good for short periods of time and shipping windows are far smaller due to the extened time the animals were in transit..

Not saying that is whats going on but it's possiable..

Adam was very helpful and a very reputable breeder.

The last thing I wanted was to post but I don't know what else to do as nobody is replying to my emails.

yes i paid in full in February 2008 for five ball Pythons and then a further payment last year June for a further 10 normal Females.

Unfortunately getting a CITES from US fish and wildlife is apparently almost impossible. Adam managed to get a CITES permit with the help of Peter for me but was unable to ship the snakes due to no veterinarian available and it just did not happen so the CITES expired. I have been awaiting ever since for a new CITES.

I have no problem as shipping internationally is difficult but not getting a response has made me a bit worried.

I know Adam Wysocki has been pretty busy with fighting the legislation over here to ban snakes.

I am sure Adam will get to you asap. I know you've been waiting a while, but he really is very reputable. Just trying to put your mind at ease. :)

Adam and his brother are the ones that made the Matrix movies, right?

Thats no excuse..A simple phone call or email takes about 2 minutes..

THANK YOU!!!!! I'm glad somebody on this site feels the same way. I had tried getting a hold of Adam for the longest time and had no success. Everybody's excuse was the fact that he is very busy working on bills.:taz:

I am now emailing as well as posting messages on Ballpython.net because for some reason emails are just getting lost in space apparently!

I would just like to ask how everyone feels on the cancellation of a transaction and what process should be followed.

I paid in Feb 2008.........and still no snakes.....and now very little communication which makes me worried.

I have offered to pay an admin fee for his efforts.

Is this reasonable?

I have now contacted the US embassy and they will be contacting the US authorities on my behalf in order to get an official response on my situation. Hopefully they can help the failing communication lines.

Send me a pm with a little more info. I talked with Pete today and I'll talk to him again soon. I'll probably see him shortly also. I don't think he would try and rip you off, so I'm sure there is some explanation.

As far as Adam goes. He's in Big Gunns dog house. He didn't call BG back last week either. BG is sure he'll be seeing him soon though...maybe real soon.....and BG knows how to handle this type of travisty.:taz::D

It has now been 29 months since I paid for these snakes. I know that D**** is also awaiting any response as well as he has not heard from you either regarding his refund.

This has been going on for months whats the deal I talk to Adam at almost every show!!

I live in South Africa so I have always dealt with him over email. I just cannot seem to get any responses either through natpet or 8ballpythons email address.

Please if anybody talks to him can you ask him to contact Andrew in South Africa

Has Adam been at any recent shows?

I hear he has had to now close 8ballpythons because of his ill son. Has anyone been in contact with him? My prayers go out to his family but i still need to hear from him regardign this refund.

I tried to contact Jamie Glass(a supported of Adam Wysocki) but got no reply and also contacted Royal Q pythons as they are recommended contact on Glass reptiles but Charlie told me never to contact him again. I don't know why you would not want to assist a fellow herp enthusiast unless you support scamming your customers....Charlie?

I don't believe Charlie supports any scanners, maybe he didn't want to get into someone else's drama. I am stating this because I support Charlie and don't want to see him dragged through the mud because he chose not to get into Adam and your business. I don't have a dog in this fight, just wanted to make clear that just because a person doesn't get involved, it doesn't make them a bad person or to quote you " supports slamming his customers". I truly hope you get what's owed to you, but please don't pick fights where there shouldn't be one.

Wow I've been following this thing for a while and as I can offer no information, I'm sorry this is going on. I realize it's been quite a long time that this is going on, hopefully there is a compleatly understandable and innocent excuse. But really over two years as I understand it is ridiculous. Keep trying to contact them. I'm sorry I hope this works out for you.

I vote take it to the boi as well. 2 years is as good as any reason to post up. so strange though that breeders with such high standards and reputations would let this go on this long. I truly do hope this situation gets resolved, not only for your sake but also for the reputation of Pete and Adam.

I am pretty sure $5k is a felony charge. If you have documentation I would arrange to take him to court. I feel for the guy if he is really having close family issues, but in the grand scheme of things, thats his problem not yours. Especially after a couple years. An online forum can't really do much, and even though I think our court system is pretty garbage, it will accomplish more than any of the forums have thus far.

Looks like Peter Kahl has ad postings on kingsnake.com if you wanted to try to contact him through that.
