Even Local pickups i pack the snakes up as if i was shipping so the customer has a safe trip back with a warm snake.

you think the snake packaging was high class you should have seen the paper sack they put the two live feeder mice in. I really didnt think they where going to make it all the way home.

That is exactly why I always brought my own plastic critter carrier with me when I was still buying feeders from a store. Now I get frozen shipped and I breed 3 types of my own so no more escaped rodents running around my Jeep LOL!

We just did this too yesterday. We had a slight incident with one poking his head out in the car after he ate through the bag. Then after that I dropped a bag with 6 mice in it in our bedroom. Holy crap they went scurrying everywhere :O Thank god there were kids with me that thought it was fun tracking them all down. lol
