BG's an idiot and needs help from fans

Like most people didn't already know that.:D

Big Gunns was trying to delete a pic of him in a speedo(you all wish:D) and instead of deleting one pic, he deleted the ability to see all the pics on this site, and the ability to post on a thread. It's a Firefox feature. BG is too lazy(dumb) to try and figure it out, so he's asking help from his fans. BG has already deleted and reinstalled Firefox and it didn't work.:confused:

BG is using a different browser to post this thread.

If you go to tools / options/ content is there a tick in the box that says "Load images automatically" ?

If it is then you may have to look at any add ons you might have installed - I am a firefox noob though so yer on yer own in that case. :gj:

Go here and follow the directions under Remove the Preference file. This will reset all settings you did by accident and will allow the browser to start fresh again

There should be places to enter your username and pasword in the bit thats says please log on if that is the case.

It looks like BG needs to give out free snakes to the first person that can figure this out. If you think it's easy, open Firefox then right click a pick in your gallery, then click delete all pics from BP.net like only an "idiot" would do. BG 100% guarantees....you're screeeewwed.:taz::taz:

That would do it right enough - though the site should load like lightning for you now. :rolleyes:

Luckily I think I know this one.

In firefox click on the "tools" bit in the top bar, scroll down and select "options" (it's down the bottom ).

This will open a new box with icons along the top.

Click on the one that says "content" and then click on the button marked "exceptions" directly across from the little tickbox with "load images automatically"

This will open yet another box on your screen which will have a box with a list (or maybe only one ) web addy in it.

Select the line that says "ball-pythons.net" by clicking on it and then click the "Remove site" button on the bottom left of the window.

Then click "close" and "ok" and you should be done.

Would deleting firefox and reinstalling take care of the problem?? Or just reinstall it without deleting it.

If what dr del suggested doesn't work, try this:

I know you said you already uninstalled and reinstalled firefox. However, sometimes when you "uninstall" a program, there are files leftover (such as preference files, bookmark files etc) that keep old issues around when you reinstall.

The trick is to uninstall, and manually delete all content related to that program before reinstalling. So after you uninstall, go to where firefox is installed and delete the "Mozilla Firefox" folder and all the files inside. Then reinstall. This should then be a 100% clean reinstall with no leftover issues from before.

Hi,

Glad you got it fixed. :gj:

Now to delete images from your gallery you need to click on them then click on the little arrow next to "image tools" and select what you want to do from the drop down list. :)

Delete image is the bottom one - click the little round radio button next to it and then hit "perform action" and you're done.

First go to your Control panel, and click on the Mouse picture. If everything seems alright in the information that comes up, click the Hardware option and then Properties to see if the mouse itself is functioning correctly.

Ok. couple of possible causes.

Is it happening on here or on every site or just some other sites?

If it's happening on here or every site then it isn't a script specific probem as I know we don't use that one on here. So check the mouse is ok as Deb suggested but also some addons that use mouse gestures can cause it apparently - so disable any of those if you have them and see if that helps.

Also the yahoo toolbar can cause it - but can be fixed by updating it and restarting firefox.

Checking for any problems with addons is the next step as, if you recently updated firefox, some might not be compatible any more. Starting firefox in safe mode from the programs menu should help find out if that's the problem.

Also if you haven't updated forefox to the latest ( 3.5.6 I think ) it might be a good idea if nothing else works.

If it is only happening on certain other sites then it is probably a web script - the picture below shows how to stop them doing that to you in future.

Have you tired to do what your doing ins IE yet. If that works then we know for a fact its FF and now windows based. If you cant figure it out try Opera. I use it simply cause its faster than FF and gives little to no headaches.

After the Eagles game BG will get to this problem. It only does it with Firefox so it can't be the mouse. Think it's only this site also. BP.net is is playing mind games with BG. It's gonna lose though, that's been tried before.:D:D

Speedo had been trying to hire BG for 6 figures for years. BG finally gave in and modeled for them. After the female company photographer saw BG in a speedo they started a new one. They called it O'Neill.;):rofl:(it's a real company):D
