Can I use HTML?

How can I post an active widget on a thread by using the HTML?

Well crap. I hope there is a way because I just made a widget with a button linked to the nosnakeban.com page. I would like to post it in a thread so people can take it and pass it on. If I only use the link it wont show up.

Id also like to put it in my signature if possible.

Who can answer this for me?

Can't you put a link to a download location so people can grab it and pass on the link?

What does it do?

If it's just to get a link to the page we have those on every page of the forum - does the snakeban site run an rss feed or something as well that could pop up all the breaking news?

No what I mean is I would like the widget to actually show up on the thread. So you can see it.

I can post the link to it no problem but the imbed code to get the picture with the click here button fully visible is in HTML.

I can do that but then from here you would only see a link. Not the actual widget and the pictures and words on it.

Only thing I can think of would be screenshots. :(

But then there is the problem of allowing people to "share" it.

If I link the picture to nosnakeban.com thats great and all but then the buttons at the bottom to allow people to "share" it by clicking and getting the imbed code, will not work.

But I cant rightclick the widget to save it as a picture to even do that because its an actiave flashplayer widget.

Press the print scr button on your keybored open paint > file paste> then crop the image :D

The screenshot thing is normally done by hitting the printscreen key and then opening your fave graphics probe and selecting edit then paste from the menu.

Since you are talking about widgets you are using a different OS than I am however so I can't really be any more specific. :(

I think mine is too big too but I would still like to post it in a thread. I'll try that when I get hom. Im still at work at the moment.

I uploaded the code you sent me in the email to another one of my websites, took a screen shot and then loaded it to photobucket and put it in BB code.
If you want everyone to use it then I can make it smaller and make it where they can get the code but I'll do this tomorrow I gotta get some sleep :D

HTML is disabled for security reasons.

You can use BB code, as Derek has provided for you. :)

I'm a little confused here, but if you still want to know how to take a screenshot on a diff OS than windows (prnt screen button), on a mac it is "command shift 3"
