I would handle Wednesday morning just to be safe. Unless you've fed it a smaller item than usual. That's just me though.

That should make it 48 hours so I don't see why not. :)

I usually wait the two days. Once, even though I fed a little lighter, I waited a day and that was one of the only times my very-mellow male got a little hissy. ;)

Then again, I am no expert.

It's amazing to me how much their habits change just after eating. I fed my bp a small fuzzy yesterday and another one today, and all I have to do now is walk in the room and he is on alert! I think I'll give him the 48 hours ;)

Probably because the snake is still hungry...A fuzzy is what you feed a hatchling right out of the egg.

maybe I'm wrong about what it was then. It was a frozen mouse, is that a fuzzy?

*edit* it looked like this, but frozen.

That would be called an adult mouse. They are called different things based on their size.

Pinky, fuzzy, hopper, small adult, adult, jumbo.

I have seen pictures of the snake that you rescued and it looks like he can take a small rat easily.

I have a brother who finds it ok to handle my bp only 2 hours after I feed him. I tell him not to but so far he hasn't gotten any aggression from my bp.
Sad thing is he is older then me and still does not listen.\
I will be investing in a lock soon :)

It all depends on what you consider "handling".

If you're like some women(no idea your sex) BG knows and want to sleep with it, BG wouldn't suggest it. However, if it's just very light handling, you'll probably be ok. BG suggest to always wait until the feed bump goes down. Sometimes they are still "blown up" after only two days.
