Can a Temp Gun be found at any stores other then online?

Hi there, I am a new snake owner. I have a baby Normal BP and as I learn more and more from this site over the past two weeks I have tweaked alot with his enclosure. One thing I want to get and was curious if there are local stores that carry them is a Infrared Temp Gun. I know I can get them online but if there are stores that carry them I would just as well stop and pick one up on the way home from work and call it a day.

I tried searching on Homedepo.com and Lowes.com and came up with zip, though I did the same for metal tape for the top screen on his enclosure and they didnt have it on the website but did in the store.

I would think with there large garden center and things like that, they would carry at least some kind but it dose seem a bit specialized.

Thus far I have added a proper hide, real plants, a UTH, a basking lamp just to name of few, some that I started with and or tweaked after what I have learned from this site.

Thanks to all here who post the priceless info to help us noobs to create the best environment for our snakes. :)

Hobby shop, Autoparts store, maybe even the auto section of larger department stores.

Any autoparts store will have them

Meijer,Walmart,Target all carry them where im at.

I got mine at Home Depot, and it was cheaper than ordering online. Also a better quality for the price. I think it was in the electrical section.

home depot and lowes both have them.

Harbor Freight tools carries them, And their is one in Ft Worth

I just pick up a fluke 62 mini ir temp gun that was brand new off of craigslist for 45.00

Home Depot is where I got mine. I got a nice Ryobi one (not the really cheap ones), I like it a lot.

They also sell them at Walmart and basically any Radioshack or Lowes or Home Depot.
