If you have accurately weighed them, then he is 1/6th her size. A picture would either show that or they are closer in size which probably means she doesn't weigh 1500g.

uhm well yea i did weigh them and thats would be just around there sizes but ima go take a pic just to see and show u guys cuz i do thing he is a lil to small but i would like to try breeding them if i can so brb with a pic

All depends on the male, I know some people that have had 250 gram males sire 5 clutches! The smallest male we have had that bred and sired a clutch was about 375 gm. :gj:

I know plenty of people who breed as small as 400grams. personally I really try to push them to hit the 600g mark, even at 600g males still look small to me lol, but I know they are breedable.

in this case, I would definately wait, hes just a little dude, let him grow imo :]

I have an 09 Pastel that sits at 550 grams and i tossed him in with my 2100 gram female huge size different but his size isnt gonna matter if hes not old enough to produce sperm plugs so.. Id say hes not old enough anyway.. Hes not even breaking 300 which leads me to believe hes not gonna give youanyhing anyway. My opinion your just gonna stress him out. If hes stops eatting deff stop trying my opinion dont try it this year.

Why dont you save up and buy a co/dominant male morph (maybe a pastel, spider, mojave, pinstripe, cinny, etc..) and wait until next season and try breeding? During that time, get things setup, such as your hatchling rack with a thermostat and incubator with a thermostat.... Unless you've set these things up already...

No offense but didn't you JUST get your husbandry all figured out?

I think you are jumping the gun a little bit.

Are you prepared for babies? Do you have an incubator and space for the babies to live when they are hatched? Do you have access to appropriately sized prey for the babies?

This is not just something you do because you want to. You need to be prepared for any and all situations.

no i dont have the stuff but i kno that it takes a couple months for the breeding process and within that time i could easily have everything i need and for right now i just was wanting to do 1 clutch and see how it is and yes i did get my tubs set up and everything and tonight ima see how it goes if my female gets out cuz shes very strong and almost got out of the tank that did have clamps on it and was tight but she squeezed threw but yea
