I pretty much like all Spiders...haven't seen one that I don't like...

With yours, I imagine they could have been talking about how the belly white is creeping up the sides. I wouldn't call that a high white side...but some don't have white on the sides at all....

Personally, I like the ones that don't have white on the sides....but never-the-less...that is a very nice Spider.

Looks similar to mine, I've seen a lot that look like this, I like all spiders but the most recent ones I've been seeing floating around are beautiful.

If someone says how it "compares to some" it usually means they are being nice versus saying how it "compares to exact_examples". This is a general comment, not directed at you specifically.

However I like how the high white sides start interfering with the pattern.

He's quite nice--I don't see any spots, and lack of spots is a trait people seem to prefer, and his color is good, if not spectacular. The white I would say is medium. Very acceptable spider.

I've seen a few spiders that I didn't like, but I'll admit that the ones that I do like outnumber the ones that I don't.

I like your spider; he's got a nice, clean, minimal pattern, with the "dashes" staying primarily on his back, and not creeping down his sides as much as some. That's pretty much what I look for in a spider; that and color (as light and bright as possible). I honestly have never really paid attention to how high the white on the sides goes, although I know many people do put a lot of importance on that.

What I don't like are the very dark, heavily/busily patterned spiders. But, all of that is just personal preference. :)

He's nice because he doesn't have a bunch of spots/dots.

While my words would be different as I don't know what others prefer, I mimic Wolf's words. I say you have a gorgeous snakey. It further etches that conditioned desire to get a spider at the next show I attend. lol
