    Breeding Larger Males?
I allways see people breeding their small males, but my question is, can larger males (over 1300g) be bred?

Sure they can-several of my best breeder males are WELL over that size. In fact over 2000.

I love a 1500-2000 gram breeder male. I have found that the "BIG males are lazy breeders" to be a MYTH.

My big boys are my BEST breeders!!!!!!

Thank you for saying that because I was actually a bit 'eefy' on my expectations for the next season.

Lots of people breed males small because, well... they can!

As they get older, as long as they still 'get the job done' then there's nothing wrong with having big boys. Except those tubs can get crowded sometimes with all the snake hanky panky.
