Thinking of getting my mom a BP...

... for Christmas. She really wants one, and I had to talk her out of getting one at the last show we were at because we don't have anything set up. So I think that getting her one for Christmas would be a great surprise :) I would probably buy locally (I think there is someone from Omaha that is a breeder)
Should I get a normal or should I look into a het. with breeding in mind far far into the future? Though I am not 100% sure about that.

How bout a smokin pastel or a spider?

Not sure if I would want my snake smokin'...could mean the UTH is getting too hot!!!!!!!!:O

I think a Female Pastel or Spider would be great for her, without breaking the piggy bank :D

My vote is mojave for mom!!!

If you think you may want to breed in the future, then you may as well pay a lil extra (if you're able) for a het morph. If you only have norms currently, then maybe get your mom a dominant morph like pastel, or spider (or mojave!!!) that way you would have a shot at morph babies if you're pairing your mom's snake & one of your own :)

Alright, I'll admit it... I truly adore them lol.

I like their hatchling colors... But is a drastic change into adulthood. I wonder what an ADULT Pastel Mojave looks like.

Thats really awesome! After months and months I finally got my girlfriend to hold a BP and its been on since then. I just thought my addiction was bad!

Hmm I'm thinking of a het. pied (66% or 100% het) or maybe a lemon pastel. She doesn't care much about morphs so she would be happy with a het. pied :)
