HR2811 Hearing Postponed!!

Just got the email from USARK. It's postponed until 10a.m. November 6th.
Just a heads up for anyone making the trip.

This means we have another day to call and make noise! CALL PEOPLE. DONT SLACK. It takes TEN minutes to call a few of those numbers! Just pick some and call!

I've been doing my part and plan to do more tomorrow. Let's jam their fax machines people!

I've also posted this info on several falconry websites. A lot of falconers are also avid herpers. But not to mention, if this bill passes, where will it end? First pythons. Then lizards. Then they go after falconry. Besides the fact that falconers tend to be the biggest conservationists around!

I just spent the last 2 hours at the FAX machine. I sent one letter from each of the people in my office (9) to each of the 19 FAX numbers for a total of 171 FAX's sent... :pee::banned1: HR2811

made my calls, i even brought in an extra copy of the numbers to work and made and announcement about it at our morning meeting (i work at the national aquarium in baltimore for right now) so these people should care. i HOPE someone used it, they did take the sheet.

I called today and had my mother call in as well.
