What do you feed your ball python?

rat shaped tofu. eating meat is wrong.

to the frozen rat and asf people...you should really be thawing them out before you feed them to your snakes...in case you didn't catch that...:colbert:

I feed all of my snakes rats (besides the Hognose and male BP), but hopefully trying to switch my male BP over to rat pups.

You know, I would say the same. I had like 4 Pixy Stix earlier and the sugar is still lingering in me so I'm a little hyper right now, that's why I'm trying to chill out by going on the computer LOL.

Live - mice, rats and ASF's. The king gets f/t mice.

I wish they all at frozen rats, but some will only eat live rats. also got one that will only eat live ASF. so it depends on the snake.

Other:beans and rice

We really needed an "All of the above" option LOL!
Most of us who have more than 10 balls are fully aware how picky they can be if not started on a certain food as hatchlings.

Less than half my snakes will take F/T
A few prefer live mice.
A few prefer Live rats.
One is extremely picky and will only take ASF's or mice even tho she is large enought to take large rats.

i feed mine a very strick diet of Ateles geoffroyi.
they seem to like them very much, it gets a little spendy.. and is difficult to start a good breeding group... but once you do... WOOOW!:rolleyes:
