Male Het albino price

Im going to be going to the new england reptile expo this sat. Just trying to get a idea of what male het albino are going for at the shows.

Cheap. I think I remember seeing a baby male het albino for around $50 a few weeks ago.

$50 is the online price.

Het albino males are about the same price as normal males. Maybe a little bit higher but not much.

Yea I would expect them to be bewteen 75.00 and 100.00 but not more..

I believe we sell them for about $25-50 at shows.

oK.....here is the dork question of the week. (just privately make fun of me...so I don't feel bad k).

How do you know it is a Het Albino if it shows no signs?

If it came from at least one albino parent then you know it is 100% het albino :taz:

Are we talking about 100% het albinos?

trust in the breeder! I will probly throw in a male het if somebody buys a female albino to make the sale,

That is cheap! I went to the Toronto Expo a couple of weeks ago and they had one there for $400 Canadian! Make sure it is a well known breeder because otherwise you may just get a normal! There is no way of knowing really!

that ridiculous even here in canada for a 100 more get an full albino male.
to OP i would wait till you need it for breeding and buy one proven breeder size het for 150 all day long

I understand "how" genetically it is....but what I am asking is how do you know......is it just a trust thing?

i sold all of mine locally for $15 this year.

Pretty much. You can't tell a het albino just by looking at it. Just ask lots of questions, ask to see pics of the parents, ask to see pics of the entire clutch, etc...

i got myn for 40.00 females were 150.00

Well i went today and got my male for 35. He told me the mother was albino and the father was 100 percent het so i should be all set.
