I don't get all the uproar about it on TV, they were probably sitting around while a bunch of paperwork had to get filled out and they see a video game sitting there, what else would they do but play it to pass the time while the paperwork or whatever is getting done?

I mean I don't really see what the big deal is, but i'm sure they are in a good bit of trouble right now though.

definantly not a huge deal, but they are definantly getting in trouble over that one

I had no idea.

One reason it's a big deal because the responsibility for the safety of everyone on the team rests in all their hands. There is no such thing as "100% safe" or truly "all clear" when you're still occupying the residence of a suspected drug dealer.

also, just because you're legally breaking into someone's house to arrest them doesn't mean it is 'ok' to play with their things.
