WHATEVER this is...
Hi guys,
I'm hoping to make a lot more free time to come back here to post. I love this forum!
Anyway... I guess your guess is as good as mine...
Pewter 100% Het Genetic Stripe bred to Pewter 100% Het Genetic Stripe...
Is this a Sterling Stripe?

Here it is with what appears to be a Super Cinny but maybe its a Homozygous Stripe too?!?

Re: WHATEVER this is...
Sean I'd say that the Pewter stripe or the stearling stripe..The tail and the neck are very intresting looking..
Its sweet what ever it is.

Re: WHATEVER this is...
Wow..Looks like a Sterling Stripe to me. Amazing what the Stripe did to the pattern. It's almost gone! Hot snake, Sean. Big congrats!
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
Sean tell you what let Ed and I borrow a male for a year or two and we will tell you. Think of all the vauable time you will save for other things.:D
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
It's definitely not a Pewter Stripe... Michael Cole hit on that last year and it wasn't nearly as whited out as this one is.
Thanks for the compliments so far...
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
It does appear to be a sterling but a real light one. Maybe because its a genetic stripe too? Whatever it is, it's pretty cool.
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
I agree with Ed, but that's stunning no matter what it is!
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
I have no idea, so I'm not very helpful, I just wanted to say I like it, whatever it is!
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
Awesome Sean! I'm guessing you're right on the sterling-stripe. Congrats, Brotha!

I thought it was darker.. I'm going to have to go with Sterling Stripe. The color is to light and I'm not seeing any of that that Super cinni stuff in the face..
Yep I'm saying Sterling stripe.

Re: WHATEVER this is...
Could it be a super pewter stripe? If I recall correctly the super pewter was a silver patternless snake as well. Whatever it is, it's hot as fire.

This animal shows signs of Pattern, I can see this animal may show more signs of a pattern after a few sheds. The super pewter has absolutely no pattern pattern.
I'd say a Sterling Genetic Stripe, not a Pewter, but better if you ask me!
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
Yea, I know the super pewter was patternless, I jus didn't know what the G-stripe would do to it...for those of you who haven't seen the super pewter, here is a link

Well seeing was to what it does to every other combo I'd say that the Super Black/Super Cinnie would dominate the pattern.
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
Definitely looks like a sterling stripe to me. The super cinny looks as if it has a hint of a white faded line going down its dorsal, suppose the only way to know for sure is to breed it to a stripe.
I think the sterling stripe looks incredible! Can't wait to see how it'll develope color wise.:)

Re: WHATEVER this is...
I don't know what it is, but its Hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
Sean!! So good to see you in our neck of the woods again! :D
Now, see what happens when you go and get all fancy-schmancy with the combos? A person can't tell what's what anymore! :P They're certainly beautiful, though!
If I were a betting person...(and had the means to bet on this! :P )...I would bet that the lighter one is a sterling/G-stripe and breed accordingly to see what pops out. For the super-cinny....I'd seriously consider throwing a G-stripe in the breeding tub and see if they produce any cinny/G-stripes!

Re: WHATEVER this is...
I tell you what, send him to me and I will tell you what he is in a few years ;) :8:
Whatever he is, he is AMAZING looking, congrats Sean!:bow::bow:

Re: WHATEVER this is...
Wow! Stunning combo, Sean! I'd say you're correct in calling it a Sterling Genetic Stripe.
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
Sean, nice to have you around! Hope to see more of you as time allows!
I'm not EVEN going to guess what he is, other than one sexy, badass snake!!!!
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
Yeah I dig it.
Whatever it turns out to be.
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
I vote Sterling Stripe- wow is that awesome looking!
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
both animals have stripes down the dorsal, the super cinnie is barel visible,,looks like a pair of stripes to me,but i would hold back and breed them out
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
I am suprised no one has guess silver bullet stripe. It looks to me like a silver bullet. I would think you should see more pattern with the sterling stripe.
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
Super pewter genetic stripe
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
Big grats Sean!
I think you have a sterling stripe there!!
Justin
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
Sterling Stripe for sure.

Re: WHATEVER this is...
I have voted Sterling Stripe ever since it was in the egg. Either way, it has penes, and will make some really cool stuff in the future.
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
Thanks to ALL! I'm pretty happy with the animal so far. I'll know more as it ages and the color darkens a bit more.
I promise I'll post more pics as it develops!
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
May be it is a sterling stripe, may be it's just a nice sterling.
Hard to know ! But you would have been quite lucky to hit it, but it's a possibility ;)
And it's look like that when you mix the G. Stripe with a "pattern" snake, like the cinnamon or black pastel, it could make a patternless snake.
Well, at least that what look like happened to Corey Woods. Unless he have a really nice G. Stripe or an egg development is the cause of this. His het red genetic stripe is a a patternless one with a little bit of pattern on the tail.

Re: WHATEVER this is...
I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IT IS....
MY BIRTHDAYS COMING IN 2 MONTHS, SO IM SURE IT'S MY PRESENT!!! LOL Gee, thanks you're too too kind :D
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
Sean, I think it will take a couple of breedings to really figure it out, but it looks like what I would think a sterling g-stripe would look like after seeing Michael's pewter g-stripe. Absolutely awesome! I love the hint of pattern. Congrats.
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
all I can say is wow, that is HOT!!! congrats. now have fun proving out what it really is.
-
Re: WHATEVER this is...
I vote Sterling Stripe. Congrats Sean, you are taking those Genetic Stripes to a whole new level.
