Ever Been Attacked by One of These?
I was within a few seconds after this photograph was taken.

BTW -- This photo was taken at Clyde Peelings Reptileland in Northern PA.

How do you make an insurance claim for that?!

They're basically fancy-dressed chickens, and I've been attacked by roosters, so . . . yeah.

    Beautiful photo, though!

Their mouths are a bit bigger than roosters.

I didn't mention it to any of the staff there since I got close to it after it warned me by displaying his feathers (and hissing/vibrating his plumage), but I guess they saw it on the video cameras because someone in a tie came and apologized.

Peacock are stupid strong when they want to be. I was wrangling peacocks once in the mountains, darn thing got me with his elbow right in my jaw. It smarted pretty good, I got one heck of a jolt from it. I almsot dropped him, which would have surely been worse.

But, other than that, flip em upside down, and they are good to go.
