    Savu clutch
My female Savu was due to lay any day. Well, she dropped a clutch for me on Friday. I have been working with this species for a few years now and am glad to finally see some success.

4 good eggs and 2 slugs.

I have never had eggs hatching in November!!
Should be exciting to see more CB Savus out there.

Congrats on that! L. m. savuensis are my favorite small python species. I had a trio back in the '90's but a "family situation" made me have to give them up before breeding took place.

    Looking forward to the updates!

Interesting, but how do you 'accidentally' create a hybrid?

All the smaller python used to live in vivs side by side. They had been used for ETB's some years ago and had interconnecting 'hatches' for allowing the male through. The catch failed and the male savu got through. He was only in overnight but it was all it took!

Congrats! I'm hoping to start some kind of Liasis breeding project once I have the space. It's good to see people out there producing rarer cbb animals.
