The new crown jewel of my collection - part 2
I finally got my male F3 super pastel male to pair up with my female F3 super pastel! It was about time i added some damn pastels to my collection, better late than never i guess. ;) Man, i can't wait to start plugging this boy into a harem of morph girls.

    The boy.

Yea, one of the best examples of blushing i have ever seen myself as well. My hope is, that when i breed them together, the offspring take on the female's nice blushing and the males more reduced and clean pattern. I guess only 3+ years until i find out ... lol.

Well if you waited so long to get pastel I would say you made an excellent choice when you did decide to snag a pair! That female may just be the hottest super I've ever see:gj:

Marks super pastels are one of the ultimate example of exactly why selective breeding, and constantly aiming to increase the standard of morphs you're producing and not focusing soley on producing as many as possible with no thought to selective breeding is the way forward!

Awesome animals, you certainly chose the right way of finally adding pastel to your collection!! I'm jelous.

I did however promise myself i'd never buy a super pastel, only produce my own. The only exception to this will be any super pastel that is 100% het for something useful to me, but such things are very expensive!

Greg Graziani is the king of pastels, he's the one who Mark got his original pastels from. You can read all about it on the markus jayne website. But yes, Mark does produce some superb animals, probably the best BP breeder in Canada.
