The Lizard King

For those of you who don't get the monthly issue of Reptiles Magazine, they have a small article about how the book went to hollywood, and they're suposoto be making a movie. I'm kind of stoked about it.

I know more then just me have read that book.

Never heard of it, I'll check it out if school doesn't destroy my free time >.<

I haven't read the book (really want to though), but I saw the article! And it's got me excited as well :) definitely something I'll be keeping an eye out for future info on.

The book is great, I would recommend everybody who hasn't read it, to read it.

I'm about a third of the way through it and am enjoying it immensely! This would make a great movie.

The book is just great, I couldn't put it down. If it does become a movie, it will do well.

You really need to get this book. Once you start reading you just won't want to put it down. It is action packed and INCREDIBLY well written.

The Lizard King was a great book, I just hope that they don't Glorify the illegal animal trade! As it is many people think that the animal trade is a quick way to a fat bank account!

I have not read the book but now I am thinking I should pick that one up. Just reassure me that there are not super sad animal parts. I am a big huge baby when it comes to that. Even when I was a little kid my mom banned me from watching Lassie because I would become hysterical thinking something bad happened to the dog....(true story unfortunately)

Im not so sure a movie would be a good idea.

Unfortunately, there are some super sad parts. Greed can be a horrible thing.

ugh...I would be a blubbering mess then. Still can't handle that stuff. I have to turn that commercial with the abused animals off or else.

My son is the same way.....he tried to watch that penguin movie a couple of years ago and got so upset after the third penguin was eaten he refused to watch it anymore. lol....couple of bleeding hearts we are. My mom always said that I cared more about the animals than the ppl....which probably is not far from the truth. egads...
