Southeast PA/NJ/Delaware Keepers!

I couldn't find a thread for all the folks who are coming out of the woodwork from my area, so I decided to make one! I specifically want to find breeders and hobbyists in the area, as a friend of mine is enthusiastic about getting a BP once she heard that I have one and that they're fairly simple to care for. I plan to get her set up with proper husbandry techniques before she even picks up her snake, so that she's well-educated and doesn't go in blind the way I did. (I'm also going to avoid taking her to Petco for her first baby, because as much as I love my pet store brat, I would have liked to purchase from a breeder had I known better.)

So c'mon you guys, I know you exist, because I've PMed with several of you now. :3 Crystal, Pyrate, Mike I think you're kinda local if I'm not mistaken, and a few others!

(Feel free to make this thread not just about reptiles either, mostly a community space for us to chat as a group and maybe plan meetups at local shows.)

Yea i'm up in CT. 3hrs away from philly, 1.5hrs from white plains. I drove to a hamburg show a bit ago and it was a waste of my time.

I entertained the idea with pyrate n Ava of possibly having a BP.net BBQ when we come back from Daytona....a meet and greet for local members :D We even have a spare room for a member( or two ;) ) who needed to crash because of the distance. I think that would be awesome :D

Ah gosh you guys are great. =] Yeah I'm gonna make sure I have her set up right and everything before even looking at animals. She does have an iguana and a leopard gecko though, so she knows reptiles. Which is promising.

Right now Mike if you take 95 straight down, it's a 3hr 55min drive accordingly to Google maps.

Yep..the ball pit is reserved for Mike :p Im gonna put a P.metallica sling in the bottom of it to see how fast he can find it :D

Wow!! All these local folks coming out of the woodworks!! I am also close friends with bsash (Ashley) and hang out regularly with SaintTawny (Jen) for a few beers/shots. She lives closeby in DE. Anyone here ive not contacted/texted, please text me and introduce yourself! My #'s in my sig. I'm from Aston but have lived in the wonderful little hole of Delaware for 6 years now. Would love to get back to PA.

Checking in from DE! I live right down the road from Crystal, maybe 5 miles. We worked together at the pet store for a brief period.

For OP, I actually have a normal male that I've been semi-passively trying to rehome for a couple months now. He's almost a year old now, but he's a sweetie and one of my best eaters, right behind my fat little Lesser. I won him in an auction lot of 1.1 normal and 1.2 Mojave.

I live in South Jersey, specifically Gloucester County. I am about 10min from the Walt.
