Its Official!! The Mid-East US BP.net BBQ!!!!

I made a separate thread just for the BBQ at my place for local members. Im very excited to get the chance to meet so many kewl members all at once! And party down with em too!!! So, this thread is for those of you who are attending, need a place to stay, bringing food, drinks, etc. Its gonna be Sept 14th and 15th, at our place. When it gets closer, those who RSVP will get a private message with the address. Id like to keep it simple, and fun. One other thing, Id like to have a fun contest/game for a prize.Its gotta be BP related tho. Im open to suggestions. This thread will be like a running "RSVP" list. I need my assistant to keep tabs...:P (yells) "Oooohhh Capn ROOOOONNN"....!!"

My wife a I will be coming and need a place to sleep. I will bring some zweigle hotdogs and a dish to pass.

Well where exacly mid east is ?? Im taking off 13,14,15 because of my B-day (14th) and dont have too much plans so that's tempting lol

Jordan and his wife get our guest room. Mike gets next dibs on places to sleep. Our house is not big, so if all you guys want to stay over, well....ur just gonna have to bring pillows n sleepin bags...slumber partyyy!!!!! :P (well all exchange beauty tips and do our nails)

Im not makin any hb eggs....i like to keep it simple:hot dogs, burgers, snackies(like party mix) and a veggie tray. MAYBE corn on the cob.

Have another coffee doolittle, you're not awake yet. NY state is also a giant city with no farms so he can only get hydroponic corn in-state. ;)

Yes I was asking if its from a store or farm. I live in the middle of farm country. Most corn will be gone by the BBQ unless its from down south.

Theres TONS of local places that sell corn. Heck, theres a farm 1.5 miles from my house that has corn. Don't worry, it will be local.

back home from mowing all week. I will be doing the burning of the meats. I
also suggest people that come please take valuables out of cars. ( or hide them) the area is not perfect ( had a gps and makeup stolen out of my truck last winter)
I also think list of prefer drinks might come in handy cause I know not everyone drinking water lol. ( please be responsible with your adult drinking( don't want calls for bail lol)

Bring cameras as well so all of this can be recorded for forum history lol

They'll be the new gummy bear ones that don't cost as much and are much more natural feeling. You will be very comforted. :)

I wish me and the misses could attend, alas I have to work that weekend and no one around here would be willing to switch days or trade days with me...it's like pulling teeth to even get a night off for a early appointment the next day....

Well, let me rephrase. I may be coming, I will see what I can do work wise. If I can come I will be bringing my fiance and doing up some BBQ Chicken, with my special southwest dip.

Sounds like fun. i could probably make it depending on where its being held. if its in delaware then im almost 100% positive i can make it

There's a really big lake or three and a couple states in my way. Unless minnesota figures out how to relocate on an map, I cant come. But will see all your pics lol
