Sable x ? = pretty?
Are there any interesting morphs that come from a sable x anything? I maybe be able to pick one up for 100 and was wondering if it would be worth it.

I think that the "mudball" is quite redundant. Why take a LIGHT morph and but it into a "dark" morph..makes no sense to me.

I'm sure they are out there, but I haven't seen any yet. I am not a fan of sables.

To the folks that believe that Chocolates and Sables are basically the same morph and do the same kinds of things in combos with other morphs -- I simply say... NOT!!!! :colbert::colbert::colbert:
I DON"T have either morph as way of disclaimer. For my eye, the Chocolate Pastel/Super Pastel Chocolate/Super Chocolate Pastel alone are worth working a Chocolate into my collection in the next couple years -- not to mention the Camo and all the other possibilities yet to be done. Just my opinion -- I could be totally WRONG!!!! ;)
Bottom line for me is I am still waiting to see a Sable COMBO that is remotely attractive -- I hope to be proven wrong. :)

When it comes to Hypermelanistic morphs like sables, it all depends on personal preference on what you're looking for. I personally like MudBalls. The Hypermelanism from the sable darkens the blushing and flamming to make and awsome looking snake. Because sables aren't commonly worked with, I think it makes them more appealing for projects.... we have all seen the Camo Ball, and it is gorgouse. Though Sable isn't a part of that combo, chocolates are another hypermelanistic morph that has proven its self well in projects. I think the sables need to be worked with more. I am working on a mud ball project. I need to prove the little guy out though. The person I got her from believes he has a super sable, but he isn't sure. (referr to my post "The mudball" for pics). If he proves out, I plan on breeding him into a nice med. white spider, as welll as attempting to get a super pastel sable..... So that's my blbbery on the sable lol. I just think they need to be worked with more and bred into more mutations!

Re: Sable x ? = pretty?
I actually really like the dark coloration of sables. I have a friend that doesn't really want his male anymore and is letting him go for 100. I think they could also prove to be interesting in combos. I enjoy the really dark look of them.

I am relatively new at this, but, wouldn't a sable mixed with an albino deliver a more stunning albino because of the darker qualities of the sable?
Correct me if I am wrong.
