Napalm -- 2nd Gene Discovered???
I have suspected that the Napalm founding male carries a second gene. It may have shown itself. :)
"Quick and dirty" pics are hatchlings from a 2 egg clutch fresh from egg. Breeding was Napalm x CH dinker girl. The mom is different looking -- but not extreme or a whacked-out Granite-type animal.
Below are 1.1 -- the male looks to be a Napalm Granite for lack of any better working name. :) The girl seems to be a Napalm that has adopted mom's pattern and neck fork.
Interesting to see the boy age/color-up. Needless to say I hope to grow him up quick and pair him with some ladies in hopes of figuring out... WHAT HIS DEAL IS!!!!:gj::rolleye2::banana:

Mom was a first time breeder (3-4 years old I would guess) and laid 3 eggs and 4 slugs. These were the 2 survivors and are 100% perfect.
The 3rd egg was kinked severely mid-body and had no eyes and a tweaked mouth. He is no longer with us. She was Napalm Granite in color and pattern --although not as extreme as the male.
I hatched 3 random SEVERE :( kinkers last season -- each in a different clutch. This girl was my fourth. I know it just happens sometimes, but I feel so bad for them.
