Nice,
I have recently been feeling the need to switch to Disc Brakes. My b-day is comin up and was hoping id get some, even just a front rotor would be cool.
We have some pretty cool trails around here.
"Gridley" is pretty gnarl. I havent done the whole thing LOL

Only thing I have done recently was salvage a junker bottle cage and fixed it with epoxy. :D

Funny enough I actually almost posted that song with my first post! Come on, I know other people must ride some sort of human powered vehicle!

Once you go disc you never go back. I will never go back. Now I just need a new front shock. I feel that is the weak link on my bike.

If you want a new fork my advice would be to return what you bought, and buy something that comes with most of what you want.
Air suspension forks start at a few hundred dollars. If you put the MSRP of your bike plus a few hundred, you'd get your air fork and better frame/parts.
Re: Let's see your bicycles!
My city fixie (with brakes...), that is my most favourite bike of all times (along with my favourite soft drink...:D... I decided to walk home that day)!!
http://i469.photobucket.com/albums/r...wrock/Bike.jpg
one of my 7 or 8 bikes ( kind of lost control), five of them ready to ride
1) Mountain bike (no suspension, shimano xtr, magura brakes)
2) Time trial racing bike (once used for triathlon, ultegra, custommade handlebar)
3) Road racing bike (for training, ultegra)
4) My old dirty "I can leave without a lock"-bike for shopping
5) The fixie, (fixed gear, using a white indusitries ENO Excentric)
Then i own a track bike (in parts) and some frames and wheels and gearing, braking and other equipment, but I ran out of time, money and place to build them up.
