    Any opinions of blue beauties
I am narrowing down my choices for a new pet with blue beauty being on it. I know a local breeder who is breeding them but i would like opinions on how the snakes act. I heard they can be a bit aggressive pending how well they are tamed. Aside from how they may act and the need for a large enclosure are the only difficulties i have heard about them. what are your experiences?

I really love mine. I have not owned her long so I defer to the way more experienced keepers. But mine is, at this point, a docile and mellow snake. Eats great, active, pretty much a joy. And absolutely gorgeous. :D

I think that from what I have gleaned that if they are docile at a young age, they will be good later. (As long as you handle them.) It seems that if they start out mean, they don't get a heck of a lot better....

Blue beauties are one of the snakes that can start out mellow but become unpredictable when they reach sexual maturity. These are not snakes that you can just reach in and grab whenever you want. They won't hesitate to let you have it if they don't want you around.
