Thank you I have been reading since my Mom let me join this site. This is my first BP but, not our first snake. We have a creamsicle corn snake. But this guy will be my very own.

Thank you! I am so excited. I have everything set up. I have been reading every care sheet I could find. His tank is all ready. All I have to do is plug the heater in Tuesday morning so it will be warm when he gets here. He will be in my room and I don't let my litttle brothers in there so he will have plenty quiet time to settle in.

    Hi,

    Good looking snake. :D

It might be an idea to plug the heater in and let it run for a couple of days before he gets here so you can double check the temperatures are ok.

It's a lot easier to tweak and adjust things before he takes up residence. :)

You could also put up a thread giving details of your tank and people could double check things for you.

Main things would be to have good reliable digital thermometers with probes ($10 approx from walmart I hear ) and some way of regulating the heat source. :gj:
