humidity is in the low 30%to 40% how can i raise it?
iv got my ball in a 29 gallon tank and i have a zoo med under tank heater for a 30 to 40 gallon tank and 2 heat lamps and i cant seem to get the humidity u past 30% or 40% and thats with spraying the tank occasionally witch only raises it to 50% to 60% for a few minutes then it drops back down to 30% or 40% does anyone have any ideas that i could try be greatly thankfull.

The screen lid is letting all the humidity out. You'll need to cover it with tinfoil, taped into place, over at least half, up to 80%. Heat lamps dry the air a lot, and having two is probably drying all the humidity out very quickly.

It sounds like you have a LOT of heat on that one tank. Two heat lamps plus a UTH sounds like overkill. Do you have a accurate way to read the temps? Do you have a regulator of some sort on the UTH?
I hope this helps, and there is a sticky on using a tank to keep your pet in, and it describes how to cover the top.

i was told that i needed a uth and 2 heatlamps but i have a flukers thomometer and hygrometer combo placed in the middle of the tank about 2 to 4 inches off the bottom of the tank.

just take a damp cloth and cover 2/3 of your screen top with it, this keeps my humidity around 65%.

Take a look at this thread. Should help you out with your set-up:

That thermometer is good for measuring ambient temps and humidity, but not for the actual temp of the UTH (or your hot spot). It is time to invest in a probe thermometer. Stick it right on top of the UTH in the tank (under the substrate, right on the glass). Are you controlling your UTH with anything? If not, you will either need to purchase a thermostat (preferred) or a piggy-back lamp dimmer (they can get the job done but are not as reliable).

Once you get the probe thermometer, you will probably realize you don't need the two heat lamps. Maybe one if you are having trouble keeping the ambient up. What is the flukers thermometer reading?

well, thats not terribly low, but it could be a bit higher. Is your house really cold? If you really want to help boost humidity, getting rid of the heat lamps is a big step. If you can't keep the ambients up you could try getting a space heater.
As for a temporary fix, cover 2/3 of the screen top with a layer of foil then a layer of duct tape. Leave room for the heat lamps though if you want to continue using them. You could also add a bit of sphagnum moss to help with humidity.
What kind of substrate do you have? Have you ever thought about switching to a tub?

i would suggest gettin rid of the heat lamps, BP's prefer "belly" heat and the heat off those lights is probably making it drier in the tanks, if you have a screen top which i think i read you had then you can cover the "hot" side with something to allow less air to escape . . . maybe changin the substrate will help to i find that aspen shavings are great for keepin in the humidity and its fairly easy to clean aswell, coconut husk is great for humidity aswell but its a little messier
