If you could let us know what your setup is like, that would be helpful ;)

    Tank or Tub?
    Ambient Temps?
    Hot Side?
    Cool Side?
    Humidity?
    Heat Sources? UTH? Heat Lamp?
    Hides? How many?

How are you measuring temps & humidity?

If you could answer those questions we'll be headed in the right direction :D

if it is just coming out and sits in the hot side you should probably check your temps.

Can you be a little more specific? Is it 90 on the hot side? Or is that your ambient temp?

Are you using a digital thermometer with probes?

you arent using that analog dial to measure your humidity are you? if you are you need to change that. good example why, i used to use those when i changed over to digital i found that the humidity levels were actually around 15-20 lower than what the dial was reading.

other than your snake just trying to thermoregulate i say its ok.

yea im using a digital... it changes between 90- 95. then i turn off the light to cool it off. and then when its too cold i turn it back on.

Are you only using a light as the heat source? Or are you using a UTH as well?

BP's need a temperature gradient in order to thermoregulate. I doubt a light alone will accomplish that.

The snake could very well be stressed out from the temp fluctuations. Just a thought.
