John Dague breeds them! He's a good friend of mine, here's a better picture for you, directly from his site

I don't know exactly, but I'm thinking it's a lemon pastel HET axanthic with an axanthic. I'm almost positive axanthics are recessive. :weirdface I PM'd John (jpman78) so hopefully he'll chime in sometime soon! :D

Those things are GORGEOUS in person!

Always one step ahead of me aren't you Isis :)

I'm a big fan of the Axanthic Pastels. Alot of combo potential too. :)

The pastel axanthics are one of those combos that I wasn't impressed with from the pictures. But when I got to see John D's pastel axanthics in person, they were definitely impressive.

Axanthic is a recessive so at a minimum you would need a pastel het axanthic bred to a het axanthic. (but that limits your odds of producing them to 1 in 8)

I used NERD Lemon Line Pastels and SK line Axanthics and bred pastel het axanthic to axanthics.

Hope that helps and thanks for the compliments :)
