    Spider Choices
So I'm having some difficulty choosing between a male and female spider. The female is 25 more, but that's not a huge deal or anything.

So, I was wondering. What are some traits that you should be on the lookout for when purchasing a spider? The female has almost a darker gold coloration to her, but the male has a bit more of a busy pattern (I like).

I would post the two pictures, but I feel bad posting his pictures. :[[

I like them both... get whatever fits into your breeding plans better as far as male or female.

Both are nice... I guess depends if you want to breed them in the future or you just want a pet.. You could pick the male and later on breed him to several normal females.

I like them both. I like the female better, but I'm not sure it isn't just a better picture rather than a prettier snake.

If you want it for a pet, pick the one you like. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.

If you want it for breeding, get the sex that fits in to your plans. If you don't have specific plans, a male can be bred to several normal females each year to produce lots of spiders, so that might be better.

And, if you like one better, but the other sex is what you need, then I'd suggest you keep looking until you find one of the sex you need that you really like.

Ah, Tim's spiders. :) I was going to get that exact male from him if I hadn't found my new girl at the show.

Personally I prefer that boy, but the girl is nice as well. I heard the male has brighter coloring as well. :D

Both are awesome animals, and you could do little better than go with a Bailey snake. :gj:
