Is a pop always a pop?
    A couple questions...

Generally speaking, is popping the same for all species of snakes?

How often do you get "extras" with a pop, e.g. urine/urates or feces?

Any other tidbits for a popper-wannabe?

    Thanks!

    Beware of the urine...

I have had great luck in completely disgusting myself by popping and getting bodily fluids all over my face and clothes. BEWARE..

It can come out in angles that even god himself was not intending it to...

Popping for other species is kinda a tough thing. Depends on the species.

I tried, but not too hard and not successfully, to pop our Jungle Carpet Python. I got a little pee on me - it scared me away enough to make me stop, but at least he didn't bite me!

    Perhaps I'll try again.

I only wish I didn't know what you are talking about...LOL. Yeah, I highly suggest pointing the snake away from your face, and NOT doing what I did...

When I first picked up the black rat snake in rehab, he should me his hemipenes when he musked me!

Also, I've seen the YouTube clips (Adam's, too) on popping balls. I guess I need to see more on other species!

Is it easy to learn to probe?
