wish me luck!!

Tomorrow is my informative speech, im doing it on ball pythons and morphs, i couldnt be more excited! I have put together a power point presentation and am bringing a couple of our snakes for my speech. Im so excited about doing it but at the same time very nervous. this is our first speech and im #7 tomorrow night (Closer to the end of the night i think) and its our first speech of the term so i have NO IDEA how this professor is going to grade our speeches so my friends, wish me luck!! On my special thanks slide (last slide) i have Ball-Pythons.net forum listed :D I love this place!! I was even able to sneak the POTM photo of my son and one of our normal females cameron into the last part of my speech :D

Good luck!!! I just took speech last semester... I couldn't stand that class. At least you have a fun topic that you know quite a lot about. My informative speech was how power/electricity flows through a powerplant to a consumer. NO IDEA WHY I PICKED THAT TOPIC.

wow, thats a crazy topic to do!! My professor is awesome, his sooo funny and really holds your attention. thanks for the comment :D

thank you!! I sure hope so!! :O im ready, i know the material its just nerve racking as im sure you can imagine.

:D I did awesome, I got a 98 on it with 10 additional extra credit points for having my opinion draft ready two weeks early so i really got a 108% on my informative speech. the professor said i got the best grade in the class, it was very informative and interesting :D I hope I have given people a second look at snakes, 80% of the people raised their hand for "not liking snakes" and i wish i wouldve asked them again at the end...

Congrats that would be a fun topic to cover even if its speech class. (not a fan of public speaking LOL)

lol.. i have no problem speaking in front of our staff (i do many of our meetings) but my nervousness stemmed from knowing i was being judged and graded. I was so excited and relaxed quickly when the audience (aka fellow students) started "wow'ing, omg', gasp, exc at the photos. i really thought my speech would be droning and boring but i added my own spin on things allowed myself to get excited and really grabbed everyone :) thanks for the congrats
