Poop problem solved!
I took my Blood to the Vet today to see why he hasn't pooped in 7 or so months. The Doctor was a very friendly woman who was familiar with Bloods and she earned every penny of her salary today!
The moment she started examining him he was twisting and turning, desperatly trying to bite somebody. Within a few moments his tail went up and poop came flying out. I'm not kidding. It went all over the walls, coated the examining table, all over the Vet, her assistant, and me. :O
Needless to say when these guys are young do not be surprised if they go for long periods of time without dropping the bomb, yes even as long as mine did. They just like to pack it in.
The Vet said my Blood is perfectly healthy and looks great :)
Of course The Duke wasn't very happy about the whole event and hissed at me from inside his pillow case the entire ride home.
Naughty snake!

Re: Poop problem solved!
The really weird part was the urine, there were the white chalky stuff of course, but he sprayed alot. Like a fountain. We were all standing there in awe. :weirdface
I'm just glad he is ok. I tend to worry sometimes about these silly snakes.

Re: Poop problem solved!
Not to worry about the liquid urine; because as good herp keepers we provide plenty of fresh water, snakes are generally well hydrated and will excrete liquid urine as well as urates when "going". =)
My burm *LOVES* to pee....

Oh I didn't mean the part about it being liquid, I meant the weird part being it was spraying everywhere. Like a water fountain. He pee'd more than I do after having too much beer.
It was a hell of a sight.
This is so gross. I am sorry.

Lol Congrats Earl.
Sounds JUST like my situation.
I basically paid someone to make my snake mad enough to poop.....
How did his urates look?

His urates looked fine. It was a complete healthy poop. We all couldn't wait to get out of that room though, the smell was absolutely awful.
