    my new blood!
Well I picked up my blood today, a red blood instead of the borneo(they were sold out by the time I got back) from EBV. its pretty, but I wish I had gotten them to sex it before I left, I forgot >< Its very nice and real pretty, though I'm not afraid to get bit, I'm going to work with him a bit. I took some pics, but he was starting to puff so I put him back.

Kinda hard to tell in the pics. But how long is he/she? Get him going on feeding. He looks a little thin!!! That could just be cause I'm on my blackberry.

Looks like a winner though!!! Gotta love the bloods!!!

Mine hisses a bit. But the only time I leave him be is when I see him chest breathing really fast like he does before he strikes his weekly meal.

I find petting him so to speak a little before handling let's em know what's getting ready to happen. Good luck with him!!!

I got mines at ebv too. They're as healthy as a reputable breeder. Good luck with that beauty!

Thanks! I'm going to pick up a mouse tomorrow. He wouldnt touch the frozen one. I'll eventually switch him over to frozen, but I wanna see him eat a few times first.

You might give him a few days to a week to settle in. They're not as skittish as balls, but feeding the same day he comes home seems a bit rushed...let him settle in a bit, and he'll probably eat just fine.

I like the way his pattern gets all blobby towards his tail. :-)

Agree. Im sure your blood can wait a week. not underweight where he/she will die if he doesnt get feed.
