Re: That was stupid of me.
Please promise me if and when you find her you take her to the nearest pet store humane society and turn her in,might want to turn in the scorpions too one or two of those get loose it's at best pain full saw a guy get bit in saudi ruined his day. So please just do the right thing .
Re: That was stupid of me.
WOW, thats quite a dilemma. Well i don't really know where she could be you better check EVERYWHERE though she could be up under the seats or inbetween seats or anywhere. Hopefully shes okay. Maybe you shouldve brought a secure carrying case if you were taking her out with you. Although why would you take her out with you to eat with someone who you weren't sure if they liked snakes or not??? Snakes aren't really pets that should be brought out with you, maybe you should get a little dog or something? :weirdface

OKay - not a mistake. A lot of people feed in their enclosure.

Uumm...wow - i would make "getting clips for the snake's tank" #1 thing to do tomorrow. We've all lost snakes before, and that's how we learn, but having it end up in the scorpion tank is just every reason more to get that taken care of tomorrow.

If you didn't figure it out from the snake ending up in the scorpion tank, bp's are escape artists. No way is it going to stay in a paper bag.

In a car??? That's a rough one because there are ssoooo many places she could go. Hopefully she hasn't climbed in the engine compartment or outside of the car completely! The only thing to do is look in every crevice-under seats (even the back ones), pop open the dash, look all in the engine... oh man i hope you find her.
Re: That was stupid of me.
I kinda knew that I was going to get a lot of criticism for this :(. But I swear I'm normally not that stupid. I wasn't going to eat just going to pick up my friend (who i assumed had eaten) and go to his house. I actually had an empty 10 gallon tank I left in his house a while back that turned out to be missing. So my plan was to put her in the empty tank for a little while. And her tank doesn't need clips it's a slider but I do have a lock on it. Honesty her tank is set up way up high on top of my T.V set-up that I have to climb a little stool to reach it. The stool wasn't in my room so I just took her with me. I'm usually very carefull when it comes to my pets and this is the first time I take her out of the house. I was thinking that mayber I could get a tempary heat pad from CVS or get a dead mouse in the car to lure it out. What do you guys think?
Re: That was stupid of me.
i bet she's found a way out of the car and is roaming the neighborhood lookin for a chihuaha lol
Re: That was stupid of me.
a chihuaha??? I hope the next time you invest in an animal you are more responsible in making sure you can properly take care of the poor thing. Wow!!!
Re: That was stupid of me.
I hope not. I kind left the windos open. Just a crack so that it doesn't get to hot in there. But way to small to fit. I'm sorry guys that was irresponsible of me but trust me I learned from my mistake. And McAdry I promise to be a better owner but i'm not giving my python away. Sorry.
Re: That was stupid of me.
What kinda car are we talking about, and are you prepared to strip it completly out? My guess is it made its way towards the heater core under the dash.
Re: That was stupid of me.
It's a 93 Honda Civic. And yeah I am. Guess I have a lot of things to remove huh? Can we please stop with the criticism I know I was wrong and irresponsible but I'm really not like that. Look at my list of pets l I wouldn't keep all of those if I tought I wasn't responsible enough and I swear the only other escapes I've ever had was my dog running away after a neighbor of mine left my gate open.
