    24/7 nightime?
because im planning to expand my collection, i am thinking of moving my balls to a room we do'nt use much. so my question is, should i provide light for 12 hours a day in that room or just keep it dark 24/7

    thanks in advance

If you place them in a room with a window that will do enough sunlight for them.If no window you can setup some timer to turn lights on and off at a set time.I do the latter option.

there arent any windows in that room. but bottomline is....you DO need some light right?

Establish a day/night cycle is a good idea, and will be crucial if you decide to breed later on. I just can't imagine keeping any animal in 24 hour darkness, when it would be so easy to setup a light on a timer. :D

Why wouldn't bats need a light cycle? Wouldn't you still need to setup that twilight feeding scenario? Maybe a worm? :confuzd:
