    Yellow Bellies?
I understand its a co-dom trait but I don't understand the importance of the yb. I hear it makes many "normal" parents babies come out extrodinary. So does anyone have pics of any balls produced by yb?

Also, is Ivory only the result of yb x yb or can they be made differnt ways.

    Just curious

There is alot of possible combo's with yellow belly's I'm definitly going to get one in the future. Have you seen the pastel yellowbelly? Also Ivory's are beaut's and yes ivory's are only produced by YB's.

Aleesha, Red sheet is no longer a trade mark. The folks on this site have spoken and do not like the red back ground. pic.is about a month old, when the red sheet was in vogue (in my twisted mind anyway).

think of the yb as a pastel. co-dom. ybxyb = 25% chance of an ivory. same applies with mojaves, pastels, fireballs etc:)

So a yellow belly x normal would be 1/2 each correct. You would think a yellow belly male would be a great way to get into morphs. I'm just curious if anyone has produced any babies from yb x normal and has pics

Those Ivories are really cool; are they somehow related to the "Pearl" morph? Those look like the Ivory, with a little more dark marking.

The Pearls are a Super Woma, as far as I know, the have been no Pearls that survived due to a problem with the gene, I think its referred to as "homozygous lethal",I could be wrong on that.... but the crosses seem to be doing ok, the Pearl Lesser's are damn sweet ;)
