MORE HSUS **** suggested MUST READ

Not to piggy-back Shelby's earlier thread from 2005, but Kathy Love has posted additional information stating HSUS's true mission as a PETA supporter and latent terrorist group since they support the practice of setting fires to businesses, etc.

I WAS a supporter of HSUS. Now I know better and will continue to just support our LOCAL no-kill shelters instead. (Another reason why I'm working the steps to establish a snake rescue in our area!!!!)

i HATE peta and co. with a passion. freaks kill these animals when people give them up hoping they'll get a good home- they'll euthanize them before they get down the block. sick freaks. heck, they'll displace more chickens into new homes than they will a dog or kittens. if you go to somethingawful.com and look for the peta threads (ill find it in a bit) they posted up a crap load of all the stupid and horrific and scary things some of those petafiles say "Oh, i would swerve into an 18 wheeler to avoid hitting a rabbit" litterally. a kid said that. wow. passing out "your mommie is a killer" to kids leaving school. god. rant rant rant.

Whoa. That's heavy stuff. I hate PETA too. I once got my tires slashed in a PETCO parking lot when I worked there because of a bumper sticker I had that had a drawing of a rat on it and said"the other white meat". If I ever found out which one it was, I'd choke em'.

Yes, slashing tires. That's the way to get people to come to your side of the fence, screw up their car. It just infuriates me that a lot of these new peta members are my age, young and will only breed more. They're stupid and like a gang, need a form of acceptance. I love how they're totally willing to dress up like a tiger and sit in a cage and do nothing but draw attention to themselves, which is A LOT easier than busting their humps doing actual work for abused animals.
You know peta has a meat locker? Its just too gosh darn expensive to actually keep the animals they 'save' alive so they euthanize them and lock 'em up. ususally i think. anyone hear a few months back about those peta members getting busted on dumping dog bodies in i think it was a Big Lot's dumpster? They collected the peta van as evidence, which had an iams dog food bag in it. ironic how as a last meal they feed the dogs food from a company they hate.

What scares me most, one day i think i want kids. I cannot even begin to explain what level of rage and homicidal rage i would be in were some #@$(&%* to hit my kid head on because they wanted to miss a &%^$#@ bunny.

Yeah, PETA is psycho. Anybody who claims association with them, I back away slowly. Penn & Teller did an excellent Bull:cens0r: episode about them, I'd post a link to it on youtube but there's impressive amounts of un-family friendly swearing in it. Although when it comes to Peta, I think that's plenty warrented. :irkd:

Everytime i hear or read something about these people it does not shock me anymore:mad: .Once i had a lady in a pet store that started to whine at me about feeding my snakes rodents.Well i nicely fired back and said i feed my snakes rodents because thats what they would normally eat in the wild anyway.I proceded to explain more to her when i asked her when was the last time you ate a hamburger or a fish sandwich:cool: .She stated that was differant:irkd: .I asked her how is that differant? She says " animals were placed here for our food by God".I laughed and said rodents were placed here for snakes to eat , and God was the one who placed them here for that purpose:P !!She huffed and left the store;) .

Yeech...*sigh*

Makes me just want to scream "why don't you people focus on real problems, like homelessness, inflated-for-no-reason gas prices, drugs, etc.?!"

I saw that Penn and Teller - they are so right on. Hard to argue with the facts...

My cousin works for PETA pushing papers or something like that, and is now comletely brainwashed!.......I'm ashamed!
