100% het male for trade/sale (jumping the gun)
I've been looking for 100% het albino pairs but they seem outrageasly priced when sold as pairs. I've gone to looking for them individually and I have secured two males that are said to be high contrast clark strain. While I don't really need/want 2 males I thought I might try and sell or trade the other. With the deal I am getting I think I could do $165 with shipping..and thats only rounding some change so no real profit on my end and I'm not looking for one. Otherwise if anyone has a 100% het albino female for trade I would really be interested in that.

the females will cost you some. they are the majority of the pair pricing. i don't think someone will trade a het girl for a het boy but you never know.

here is the direct posting to the add on Fauna: http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/pp_c...&cat=10&page=1

Joe Dembinski has also sent me a picture of the parents, obviously one is full albino and the other 100% het. I would post the image here in the topic but I don't see the option to do it. I don't have the paperwork or the animals yet, I just agreed to buy them this morning...as the topic title indicates I am jumping the gun. Hoping not to have to house the "extra" male for long. I will however keep it for at least one feeding to ensure it doesn't get to stressed with the double shipping.

I am not expecting a flat out trade for a female I know they are worth more. I have seen lone females in the %150 -$175 range but any pairs have been near 2 grand...so it will be cheaper to get them seperately.

If anyone is really serious about one of these guys email me Heath@warrenreptiles.com and I will forward the picture to you and any further info I recieve up to delivery of the animals.

Where are these lone females for $175...I would pay $300 without a second thought:D The market rate for 100% het albino females is between $650-$700. Make sure you can trust the person you are getting them from. Usually when you buy a pair (generally $700-$800) most of the cost is the female and you get the male for between $50-$100....and $2000 for a het albino pair is kinda over the top....you can get a caramel albino het pair for about $2600.

    $150 - $175 for 100% het albino females??? I wouldn't trust that!

2005 het pairs are all over the place for $800 - $1,000 from very good sources. 2 grand would be way too much for a pair of 2005 hatchlings.

I could be wrong...anyway the point of this is to gauge interest in a male I will soon have.

Ok so I was definately wrong about the females...a pipe dream at best.

The two males will be arriving at my work tomorrow! Still looking for a serious buyer for the extra. If someone emails me this week I will keep the price at $160 shipped or if your in Michigan I may be able to meet you and cut out shipping. This is actually a $2 loss for me I just realized but that is the price I gave in my first post. Once I start putting mice into these guys the price will go up.

    Thanks,

    Heath@warrenreptiles.com

price only good on this forum.

They just came in! man are they tiny! I haven't had a hatchling in forever but they sure are sharp looking boys. I handled them only long enough to unpack them and get them into a tub they will stay in untill i get off work and get them home.

    I'm happy today!
