Getting my first Burmese Python and I need some tips!!
Okay so I've finally made up my mind and decided that I'm ready for a much larger snake so I'm going with a male albino burm. I also need some tips. I'm going to build a 72"x36"x18.5" right off the bat to fit under my bed when he gets bigger. I need some help with the sliding glass doors. I'm going to use tempered glass and I'm unsure of the tracking I'm going to use. I've seem Firemaniv's video on YouTube of how he did his for his ball python but wouldn't a sizable burm be able to push this up and out? And I've seen this display case tracks that hockenburyj uses on YouTube too. I just want all your guy's opinion. Thanks in advance :)

I have my dwarf tic in a viv made of plywood with 1/4" plexiglass inlaid into 1" deep slits in the frame. The plexi lifts straight out the top to open. We just had to be sure the panes have enough supports in the middle so he wasn't able to bow it out. Not sure if this would work for under your bed though.

That's why I wanted to use real glass because a burm or retic would bow plexiglass like nothing

I want to use these with glass. They're the display case door tracks and runners. They have little wheels for smooth sliding. Hockenburyj uses them for all his custom enclosures. I just have no clue where to get them.

Looks like it would work slick if you can get your hand on them.
