Should I move up to a Hopper or rat fuzzy?

take a picture of the snake with a highlighter next to it for comparison. I know i have one now that is only a few months old she is only 90 grams. A hopper mouse leaves no lump in her and she is already moving on to small mice. I like to feed to where i see a small lump. I buy rats in bulk from a local breeder. I will buy 10 rats per snake at a time. When those 10 rats are gone it is usually time to up the prey size. I ill do about 10% body weight for a reference If the snake is 90 grams i will feed a 9gram mouse. that usually leaves a small lump and then when those 10 mice are gone i will re weigh and they usually are up a few grams over what they are eating. for example when i start feeding my boa (90 grams) a 9 gram mouse i will buy 10. by the time those 10 are gone the boa generally an extamate will be about 110-130 grams. then i will step up to a 13g mouse for 10 feedings. by the time they are done with those 10 they are usually 150 grams. so i start off larger at the begging of the feedings 10% and by the time they are done with those 10 feeders they are usually eating 6-8% body weight.
so to answer your question. yes you probably should move up a little in feedings. I personally do not like feeding two prey items unless i am over stocked.
I would feed an adult mouse. if that highlighter is as thick as it looks. about an inch thick?

Oh really? The highlighter is about an inch wide and flat. I gave her a hopper recently and no regurge or other issues
I just think an adult mouse sounds so big! She isn't very old, only a few months.

I bet. When I first got her she was the smallest. Now she's competing with my yearling corn; just under two feet.
Should I give her adults?
I don't want my baby to not get the nutrition she needs!

Yes she will grow fast. You should be fine feeding an adult mouse. She is almost getting that with the two hoppers you are feeding her.
