Looks like a Normal to me....IMO.

That's what I was thinking, but I don't have the experience to really know

Pastel

I see pastel also - brown out line the only thing to go on though.

Not the best pic but between the contrast and faded head, I would say pastel, probably not the best one.

Here is mine. I was told this is a pastel. It looks more like a black pastel to me. can anyone explain the difference?

That's a normal, not a pastel, not a black pastel.

sorry but I don't see any differences between the black pastel and mine. I just cant see it. not that your wrong I just need a more obvious difference to see it and learn it.
