Later on post shed (aka figuring out light tent and camera)
I finally made myself a very dinky little light tent from a cardboard box and some fabric. Now if I could just get better at focusing (actually I should just get a decent camera ).

Spot, male, pastel VPI axanthic (sorry for the blur, he's a wiggly one!)

Oh wow, two of my favorites...Axanthic and Bees. :D They're all very gorgeous, looks like the light tent worked. I'm gonna have to try this some time. :) Thanks for sharing!

It's not bad for a cardboard box with fabric stapled to it! I just stuck a sheet of sketch paper in there for the base and used two $5 desk lamps from target to light it. I think I might need an overhead type light too though.

An old hand-me-down (aka free) Nikon Coolpix 5700.

The adorable little brat. :D :P

I like Pixel's new name. Suits her very well! The only reason I'd ever add spider to my group is for axanthic bees. She's freaking gorgeous!

Thanks! Hopefully I'll have an even neater axanthic spider combo next year to convince you to cross over to the dark side! ;)
