Um...yeah hi I'm new

Errr...hi. I'm 16 and my name is Sauriantyrant (well, it's Gareth actually :roll: ). I've had a ball python named Shredder for three months now. S/he's young, about 2 feet long and I'm unsure of his/her gender yet. :?: S/he's fantastic, getting my first snake is one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Welcome aboard! How did your folks pick your name? I read a book with a character named Gareth. Great book. Any connection?

LOL. not as far as I know. I'm from Wales (for those who don't know a little cool country next to England). Gareth is a fairly common name there.

Welcome to the site, Gareth (which is a great name, by the way). I'm assuming that since you said "Gareth is a fairly common name THERE," instead of "HERE" that you no longer live in Wales. Are you in the US now? And if so how long have you been here? Also, we'd love to see photos of Shredder.

Erm....whoops typo. I still live in Wales. In fact I've never been out of Europe but I desperately want to.... Anywayz, I'll post photos of Shredder as soon as I can figure out how to work my mother's digital camera. I'm not terribly technology literate I'm afraid.

yup, theres a couple places, if it has to do with one of these, put it in the right forum, but its its general about them, just put it in the general bp forum

theres husbandry, general, pictures(we love pictures), Morphs, and breeding, in the BP section

theres other sections, and have forums like caging, and others


just look around the forums, and see which one you think is appropriate (its not that hard to figure ot which forum to use ;) )

Great to have you aboard. This is the best reptile community on the web. Everyone is nice and treats eachother with respect. You can post whatever you like here just keep it clean. And by all means ask as many qestions as you want, there are no dumb questions here as we are all here to help you care for your snake.

This certainly is the friendliest community I've seen on the internet so far, I can say that already.
