I'd turn the white balance down just slightly, particularly for that super-light one. But they're lovely animals and great pictures. =]

I think they came out great! I agree with some of them looking 'off'. I think what's making them off is that there's such a sharp contrast. They almost look photoshopped. Especially the pied and the firefly(that's a firefly, right? I'm bad with morphs lol). But hey, people have worse problems than their snakes being too bright :D Very clear pics though, I like em,

Thanks for the tip! I usually shoot on white so it was kind of frustrating for a while there... Also, which super light one? Do you mean the hypo cinnamon? This is how he actually looks in real life! Lol

Thanks! I think the sharp contrast probably came from the lighting and me shooting mostly from above the animals... The only editing done was cropping and adding watermarks.

Actually, that is my single gene pastel female! No worries, people mistake her for a firefly more often than not lol

Thanks for all the feed back! I'm going to practice shooting on the black more frequently :)

I like black the best for pretty much all my photos. In my light tent I do not need any effects at all with my simple $129 Canon- that’s good, because it doesn't have many effects anyways!!

I would move your watermark and place it over the snake. I know it may detract from the snake a bit, but people understand. You can make it more transparent as well. Photos get hi-jacked all the time, especially nice photos of beautiful snakes.

There is a watermark hidden in the snakes themselves, as well as the one in the corner. I like the watermark to be more visible, but I had to compromise with my boyfriend who is in charge of the watermarking lol

Thank you! She is an awesome little girl for sure. And still under 200g, but she has been chowing down on live rat pups for me :)
